What do I have to do to purchase a contract?
A quote is considered purchased when WeatherBill receives a signed Trade Confirmation, Customer Agreement, and proof of payment (copy of the check). Payment must then be mailed to WeatherBill immediately to avoid the risk of contract cancellation.How much time do I have to return a signed Trade Confirmation and Customer Agreement to WeatherBill?
WeatherBill must receive the signed Trade Confirmation and Customer Agreement before 7 p.m. CST one day after the initial quote is generated. Any change to the coverage parameters will require a new quote before purchase can be completed.
I quoted coverage yesterday. Why can't I download the Trade Confirmation today?
You can only download a Trade Confirmation within 2 hours of quoting a contract. After 2 hours, you must requote the contract to download the required documents. To requote expired coverage, return to the quote product and re-enter your quote details.How do I know if my client is going to receive a payout?
You will receive an email alert if a contract results in a payout. In addition, you can check a contract status anytime by logging into your WeatherBill account.
