Description
A Frost Days Contract will pay out a fixed amount per Frost Day, after the specified number of Frost Days has occurred. A Frost Day is defined as any day where at least one of the following conditions is met, as measured at the specified location:
  1. at 7am local time, the temperature is -3.5°C or less
  2. at 7am and 10am local time, the temperature is -0.5°C or less
  3. at 10am local time, the temperature is -1.5°C or less
